National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) was established in 1995 under License No. 00057/NH–CP dated September 18, 1995, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam. Its predecessor was Song Kien Bank. From its beginnings as a rural bank, NCB gradually transformed its operating model into an urban bank and was renamed Nam Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Navibank). In 2014, the bank officially adopted the name National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB). After 28 years of formation and development, NCB has steadily built and strengthened its brand position in Vietnam’s financial and monetary market.
