As the first project developed by Sun Property (a member of Sun Group) in Cat Ba, Xanh Island Central Bay City is envisioned as a green tourism destination, offering an eco-friendly living environment, fresh air, and expansive seascapes amid the vast bay.
The “green” inspiration permeates every aspect of the project — from master planning, architecture, and building materials to internal transportation systems — contributing to positioning Cat Ba as an attractive ecological destination on Northern Vietnam’s resort tourism map, and the country’s first “Net Zero” tourism island, drawing millions of domestic and international visitors.
